Ut-1000 proposal for UENC node access license

Before illustrating this topic, we need to first determine the logic relations for the decentralization and performance of the network.

In the past time, we hope the network can develop infinite scalable and develop. With the nodes of the network continually increasing, the algorithms are going to become more and more demanding. The above statement does not refer to the difficulty, it needs to find a very single algorithm to resolved a big data synchronization problem.

In the case of the reach the performance requirement, we need a completed consensus of a data status within a second. It is not easy for a network with unlimited expansion. Because the performance on the chain will cause back to bite when larger of the network scale, eventually we need to confirm network data to complete the infinite scalable TPS on the chain. Once we determined this inevitable logic relationship, then move on to enter the specific plan description network scale limitation.

For the development of a decentralized network, if we simply limit the magnitude order, there will be a negative ruling on future computers that wish to participate in the network. We reckon this is an unfair decision, so we want a level playing field for all the early/mid/late computers involved. This not only achieves the size limit we want but also establishes the game rule to keep the network sustainable. We expect the cost of a Sybil attack is vast from a cyber security perspective. At present, the stake quantity of UENC network nodes is 500 tokens. And all nodes that meet this stake condition will be approved by the network. This scheme cannot limit the network scale.

In the new nodal access licensing scheme, we will define new rules for stake contests. First, we will limit the network size to 15000 verification nodes and 233 public network nodes. The amount of stake of the control node on which the computer belongs must be increased when it joins the network later if the network size of this magnitude order has been achieved. At least more than the 15,000th node in the current network is staked, then the new node will be allowed into the network, and the 15,000th node will be excluded from the network.

It this easy to make sense that if reached the network size cap, subsequent nodes are allowed to enter the network if you can stake more than earlier nodes. And the early nodes are likely to be eliminated by follow-up nodes through the competition mechanism after completing the stake number of lower limit 500UENC. If the amount of stake is consistent, the competition will be conducted according to the stake time, and the earlier the time, the higher the rank. The above process is a very fair game. What we need to accomplish is to limit the network size, but not to lose the concept of centralization and freedom. Therefore, under the TPS goal of maintaining UENC’s sustainable expansion, we will integrate this mechanism into UENC to continuously promote its future development.

We named this mechanism as UT-1000 proposal, expect that will be completed on March 3, 2022, the detailed time will be issued soon after.
